Nearly 2,500 without power in Lyon County

Nearly 2,500 people in Dayton are without power at 6 p.m. according to NV Energy. According to Lyon County Manager Jeff Page, Lyon County Dispatch has reported a significant power outage in the Dayton region. Law enforcement and Fire resources are busy with response to alarm calls and traffic control. NV Energy has been notified, Page said.
