Back in 1926, when “Oh, Kay!” — the inspiration for “Nice Work If You Can Get It” — hit Broadway, the essential element was a snappy score, delivered by equally snappy performers. Happily, “Nice Work” carries on in that tradition in a run at The Smith Center through Sunday.
