Moapa residents want their own independent school precinct

Moapa Valley residents, frustrated with a perceived lack of representation on the Clark County School Board, hope to persuade state lawmakers to create an independent school precinct within the rural community as debate continues over how best to reorganize the nation's fifth-largest school system.
