MGM Resorts, Perini resolve lawsuit over defective Harmon at CityCenter

A global settlement was announced this morning as a trial was set to begin over the defective building of the now-demolished Harmon Hotel on the Strip. The trial began with jury selection more than seven weeks ago and was expected to last a year.
