Man faces charges in crash that killed bicyclist

Zoltan Istvan Pentek, 22, of Las Vegas, was arrested by Nevada Highway Patrol about 10 minutes after he fled the wreck that killed 67-year-old Larry Martinez, Las Vegas police wrote in a release Tuesday.
