Lawsuit targets Las Vegas court collection practices

City employees, state lawmakers, former judges and defendants have spent months blasting the Las Vegas Municipal Court’s “money hungry” courtroom hearing and cash collection practices. A motion filed against the city last month seeks to do something about it.
