'Improperly discarded' cigarettes found in Cosmopolitan fire probe, but official cause undetermined

Fire investigators could not find exactly what caused a July pool deck fire at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, which cost about $2 million in damage, Clark County officials said Monday.
