Harry Reid Just Wants to Go Home

As the Senate opened Monday morning, Majority Leader Harry Reid offered Republicans a holiday special: throw in the towel on the Senate’s remaining business and everyone can head home, including Mr. Reid, who is evidently pining for Nevada.
