Group Predicts 17 Percent Increase in Latino Vote From 2012

The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials, a bipartisan group, has estimated that at least 13.1 million Latinos will vote in November, a 17 percent increase over their turnout in the 2012 presidential election.
