Fremont Elementary School taking applications for pre-K

Fremont Elementary School is still taking applications for their new pre-kindergarten program starting in February. Fremont was the last Title I school in Carson City to not have a Pre-K class, but recently, funds became available and the district decided to create the class at Fremont. “We are so pleased that we can offer this service to all of our families now,” Fremont Principal Casey Gilles said.Gilles said the school wasn’t able to start a class until February because it
