The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying three persons of interest in a theft that occurred at Ulta Beauty in Carson City.Three Hispanic females entered the Topsy Lane store July 3 at 7:30 p.m., with empty handbags and stuffed more than $3,700 worth of make up in the bags before exiting the store without paying.
