Douglas can’t hold on versus McQueen

MINDEN — Quarterback Bryce James ran 69 yards for a touchdown run on the first play from scrimmage Friday night to provide early momentum for the Douglas High football team.In the end, however, McQueen rallied to score 20 unanswered points in the second half on its way to a 33-18 season-opening victory that spoiled the Tigers’ Hall of Fame Game at Keith Roman Field.McQueen got some big plays from its own quarterback, Jeremiah Lesniak, who ran 56 yards for a touchdown on the third pla
