Details of massive Project Neon unveiled tonight

Project Neon, the 3.7-mile, $1.5 billion rehabilitation of the state’s busiest freeway interchange, will ease the flow of traffic from southbound U.S. Highway 95 to southbound Interstate 15 as advertised.
