Despite Supreme Court ruling, same-sex marriage conflicts continue

For some Kentucky couples — and couples across America — the battle for same-sex marriage is far from over. For the first time, a Kentucky county clerk is appealing an order to issue same-sex marriage licenses despite the Supreme Court ruling requiring her to do so.
