Dec. 1 trial date set for man accused of sexual assault

Drake Martin entered a not guilty plea on all charges Monday morning in Carson City District Court. Martin is charged with sexual assault against a child under the age of 14 years, three counts of sexual assault against a child under the age of 16 years and four other sexual related charges. Martin is accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor from December 2014 to February 2015.He is scheduled to go to trail Dec. 1 in order to give the defense enough time to prepare after maternity leave
