DC-bound plane makes emergency landing in Pennsylvania

A plane traveling from Toronto to Washington made an emergency landing in central Pennsylvania after the crew detected smoke on the flight deck and in the cabin. Porter Airlines spokesman Brad Cicero says the turboprop landed safely Sunday morning at Williamsport Regional Airport.
