Carson Street traffic will remain one lane in each direction.Between William and Proctor streets, both northbound and southbound traffic will be diverted to the northbound lanes of Carson Street, and from Proctor to Fifth streets, both northbound and southbound traffic will be diverted to the southbound lanes of Carson Street.
