Concerns aired over Carson City development

The developer of a proposed planned unit development on the west side of Carson City held what was promised to be the first of several meetings to gather public input on the plan. About 300 people attended the crowded gathering, which at times was loud and chaotic, Thursday evening in the Fritsch Elementary School.
