Community Spotlight: Cabela’s offering wilderness first-aid class

Cabela’s is holding two classes in wilderness first aid at its Reno location.The first class spans two nights, June 23 and June 25 from 4 to 8:30 p.m. each night with a break in the middle. The second class is June 28 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a lunch break.The class provides information on how to handle common injuries and illnesses when medical care is an hour or more away.
