A 61-year-old Carson City man is expected to admit charges of trafficking and sales of a controlled substance, his attorney told a judge on Wednesday.Dennis Walter Myers appeared in East Fork Justice Court on Wednesday with his attorney Maria Pence.Myers is waiving a preliminary hearing in connection with his arrest for allegedly selling methamphetamine, heroin and oxycontin.Myers’ Carson City neighbors said the drip system he was using to grow the plants overflowed and shorted out the el
