Carson City’s RSVP to host Independence Day Carnival

For the past 23 years, Nevada Rural Counties Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Inc. (RSVP) has sponsored the Independence Day Celebration at Mills Park in order to raise funds to support programs of service to Carson City elder Nevadans. RSVP’s mission is to help frail, homebound, and low-income seniors remain independent by providing high quality programs which allow them to stay in their own homes with dignity.
