Carson City Sheriff’s Office unveils new non-emergency number: 887-COPS

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office has acquired a new permanent single law enforcement Non-Emergency telephone number to contact the city-wide dispatch center.The new number is 887-COPS (887-2677). This telephone number will eventually replace most of the older telephone lines that are currently in use and will eventually result in a cost savings of $50 per month, per telephone line still in use.
