Carson City Sheriff’s Deputy killed after responding to call; suspect also dead

A Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputy was shot and killed early Saturday after responding to a call at about 3 a.m. on Montez Drive in northeast Carson City The suspect also was shot and killed, Sheriff Ken Furlong said.
