Carson City resident selected as finalists for Douglas judgeship

Carson City resident David Sarnowski is a finalists to replace Douglas County Judge Michael Gibbons.Other finalists named Wednesday included: Douglas County prosecutor Tom Gregory, 45, along with Reno resident Douglas Rands.
