Carson City low-speed chase ends in crash, arrest

A low-speed chase ended in a crash on Roop Street Tuesday afternoon.Carson City Sheriff’s Office detectives were conducting surveillance near Tiger Drive on a suspect with a warrant when the suspect got into a vehicle and left the residence around 12:45 p.m. in a black Audi.
