Boom-era Summerlin project will be will torn down, started anew

Come October, Erik Pfahler and his California investment firm, Newport Pacific Land Co., will cast out what he called four "gray ghosts" that haunt the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive in Summerlin South.
