Assemblyman has March 25 court date on DUI charge

Assemblyman Richard Carrillo, D-Las Vegas, is scheduled for an initial appearance in Carson City Justice Court March 25 on DUI charges.Carrillo was arrested Feb. 27 after a deputy allegedly discovered him asleep in his car in the middle of the night with the vehicle running and his hand on the gearshift.He was also charged with being in possession of a firearm while intoxicated, also a misdemeanor.
