Allegiant investigation: Captain exercised sound judgment

Allegiant Air's in-house investigation of the emergency landing of Flight 426 in Fargo, N.D., last week has found that the flight crew operated within the bounds of all regulations and "our captain exercised sound judgment in the operation of his aircraft."
