After a hiatus, enthusiasm for Nevada drone flights returns

When the Federal Aviation Administration first identified Nevada as one of six states authorized to test unmanned aerial systems — we call them “drones” — the state was heralded for its wide-open spaces far from population centers. Some of the initial zeal faded, however, and frustration set in. Now, however, the enthusiasm is back.
