Advocate calls for stronger laws to protect students from sexual predators

Through interviews with school district leaders, Nevada education officials and child welfare advocates, the Review-Journal discovered state laws and local policies that provide loopholes educators can use to evade detection and discipline in cases of suspected sex abuse.
