What blithering idiot decided it was a wonderful idea to place a rock quarry within 200 feet of a working dam? Industrial Land Developers, the company responsible for this atrocity, has already incurred the wrath of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation by beginning work on the site despite the absence of state mandated permits. This proposed quarry is a serious matter for residents of East Nashville , Madison , Old Hickory, and Hendersonville .
