Vigil marks 12 years Tabitha Tuders still missing

On April 29, 2015, a vigil was held at Bailey Middle School, marking the 12th year Tabitha Tuders has been missing from her east Nashville home. Tabitha went missing on April 29, 2003 on her way to Bailey.
