UPDATE: I-40E on-ramp at Mt. Juliet Road back open

MT. JULIET, TN (WSMV)- The I-40E on-ramp at Mt. Juliet Road is closed until 6 p.m. Sunday due to extreme back-up caused by construction at MM 230.  Mt. Juliet Police say with the back-up, vehicles are exiting the interstate using the on-ramp and going the wrong way which is extremely dangerous.
