TBI resumes work in 24th district; DA requests special prosecutor in Bobo case

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation will resume its activities in the 24th judicial district as District Attorney General Matt Stowe has requested a special prosecutor to handle the Holly Bobo case in his place.
