Silverado Records Signs Nick Smith to Recording Contract

Silverado Records, a new independent Country music record label, today announced the signing of the label's first artist, Nick Smith of Nashville. Smith, originally from Enville, TN, has been making his mark on the Nashville music scene since 2010, playing at local venues and building a solid fan base.
