Sheppard Pratt Health System names new leader

Sheppard Pratt Health System said Monday that Harsh K. Trivedi will become its new president and CEO, replacing Dr. Steven S. Sharfstein, who previously announced he would retire after three decades with the organization. Trivedi is currently CEO of Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital in Nashville, Tenn., and will start at Sheppard Pratt on July 1. Sharfstein will become president emeritus and a clinical psychiatrist.
