Report: Murder, rape & kidnapping crimes increase in 2015

Murder, rape and reports of kidnapping or abductions were up in 2015 while the total of Group A offenses were down slightly, according to the Crime in Tennessee report released on Monday by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
