Realtor who sold home with structural damage under investigation

Last week, Channel 4 reported on a home that was renovated in May but already had quite a bit of structural damage. After the story aired, emails poured in from people asking why the buyer didn’t hire an inspector, why the realtor didn’t notice the problems and why no one was being held accountable.
