Perry Co. victims identified, State of Emergency declared by Gov. Haslam

Perry County authorities said Antonio Gomez Yzaguirre, 70, and his wife Annie Yzaguirre, 69, were killed in their home in the 6000 block of Highway 412 East. Authorities said the couple just celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary.
