Officials weigh in on proposal to regulate payday lenders

The businesses are everywhere with flashing signs reading; "Free Cash Now," "No Credit Checks," "Everyone Approved." Some of those businesses say they're offering a vital option for those who've fallen on hard times. A new proposal released Thursday by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is looking to regulate those businesses.
