Nonprofit to teach good prescribing practices

A Denver-based nonprofit plans to be the first in the state to offer "Prescribing Controlled Drugs: Critical Issues and Common Pitfalls," a course designed to teach appropriate prescribing practices. The Center for Personalized Education for Physicians will offer the three-day course twice this year, according to a news release.
