Neighbor holds suspect at gunpoint to prevent theft

Police say Marty Ray Harris and two others pulled into a driveway on Netherlands Drive and were going to steal a utility trailer. That's when a next-door neighbor, who was armed, pulled his truck in front of theirs so they couldn't leave.
