Mesa, AZ student arrested for indecent exposure in yearbook picture; petition started to drop charges

A student at Red Mountain High School in Mesa has been arrested for exposing himself in a football team picture, according to Steve Berry with the Mesa Police Dept. The picture was published in the yearbook.
