May trial set in homeless killing case
Trial is set May 11, 2015 for Charles Warner, a homeless man charged with killing another homeless person in early May and dumping his body in Lytle Creek. Warner, who stayed in Nashville and Murfreesboro, is accused of murdering 52-year-old Emad Kakhim Al Azraki, whose body was found last spring with his throat slashed partially submerged in Lytle Creek off West Main Street.
