Kesha chokes up accepting human rights award

Recording artists Kesha has accused pop hit-making music producer Dr Luke of sexual, physical, verbal and emotional abuse, Sony has refused to let her out of her contract with him. The 29-year-old was presented with the HRC Visibility prize at the annual equality dinner in Nashville, Tennessee, and she used her acceptance speech to address her "intense" personal life.
