I-40 closed this weekend as part of 'Fast Fix 8' project

TDOT officials say the bridges over Herman Street, Clinton Street, Jo Johnston Avenue and Charlotte Avenue show advanced signs of deterioration and require almost constant maintenance, so they all need to be replaced.
