Head of Justice Dept. Anti-Corruption Section Leaving

The head of a Justice Department section that prosecutes politicians for corruption says he's leaving his position this week for another job within the agency. Jack Smith, who has led the Public Integrity Section since 2010, said in an interview on Monday that he will become the top assistant to David Rivera, the U.S. Attorney in Nashville, Tennessee.
