Franklin PD: Mother in custody, 9-year-old girl still missing

According to the Franklin Police Department, Anyaih Miller was waiting at the bus stop on Natchez Street in Franklin when she was seen getting into a car just before 8 a.m. Tuesday. She did not show up at school.
