Foster-Scarborough Engagement

Steven and Cathy Foster, of Shelbyville, Tenn., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Nicole Foster, to Hal Elliott Scarborough, son of Ricky and Marie Scarborough, of Winterville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Frances and the late Carl Foster, Mattie Ray and the late Bobby Wiser, and the late Paul Riddle, all of Shelbyville, Tenn.
