Flag display to honor military personnel returns for third year

The field of flags is a fundraiser for the Exchange Club of West Wilson County and the American Legion Tyler Cates Post 281. Nancy Britt, with the Exchange Club, said the money raised by each of the organizations is distributed to other area nonprofits.
